Bubble & Squeak Part 1
Just a quick up-date on the livestock at Diplo Hall. These two chaps are Tamworth/Gloucestershire Old Spot cross and very feisty little critters they are too. The GOS has become noted for its scavenging skills, according to Mr Tinley. He goes on to say that the Tamworth, another good forager, makes an excellent bacon carcass, as do most cross breeds. So here's hoping. I'll keep you posted but we're aiming to be making sausages around the end of October. MORE PORK !

I'll be the first one in. Better looking than most MPs.
They are so cute I could never eat them...
A fine pair. I'm sure they will be delicious!
A good synergy exists between pigs and motorcycles. A pig was H-D's racing team mascot in the '20s, Dale Singleton always had a pig with him on the victory podium, and of course, the great Percy Tait was once a pig farmer....although sheep are now his thing.
Personally, I just like eating them.
I'll have Vinogirls portion.
